Taking your first step to get counseling can be difficult, and I would love to walk you through this process of personal growth! We all have our struggles, and all I ask is that you come as you are and to be willing to face the things in your life that are holding you back.
Finding a Counselor you trust is of utmost importance. As a Christian Counselor I aim to provide a non-judgmental environment while encouraging and challenging you to grow and achieve your goals. I am a National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual counseling for women ages 18 and older. While I work with a variety of mental health issues, I specialize and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which is one of the most effective treatments for trauma and/or PTSD. It is also very effective in treating disturbing memories, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety disorders, stress, sexual and physical abuse, complicated grief.

Please note that Suite 104 is on the second level of the building. Because I am subleasing, the door to Suite 104 is labeled Cornerstone Counseling & Psychology P.C. Once you arrive, please enter into Suite 104 and wait quietly in the waiting room. I will come out to greet you after finishing with my prior appointment.
